it definitely does not cover the whole mattress...we have it centered and there are about 8" on the left and right side that are not covered. It does about 2/3 down the length of the bed. we actually have two of these, but there is no way to put two of them on the bed without their overlapping, and I was afraid an overlap would cause a further problem, so I have two, one on top of the other, for added bar protection. Will it fit on a full size sofa bed (not queen). we have it centered from left to right on a queen size hide a bed mattress....there is about 8" on the left and right sides that it does not cover.
